His desire to pursue eastern medicine dates back to his childhood when he often visited the acupuncture clinic for his sports injuries. Even though he studied computer science at college and worked many years in the field, he realized his heart belonged to healing and balancing people's bodies. Yang strongly believes in the philosophy that Eastern Medicine focuses on the person as a whole, and that patients and practitioners should work together to promote balance and helaing. While he has treated a broad spectrum of concerns, his acupuncture practice focuses on weight management and pain management specializing in lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder and knee pain, frozen shoulder, meniscus tears, ankle sprains, foot drop, headache and acid reflux. He has also studied Vertex Synchronizing Technique to treat musculoskeltal problems.
