Refund Policy
Products can be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS and exchanged for store credit only.

Reservations
We recommend that you make your next reservation before leaving the spa. A credit card or gift card number will be requested to hold your reservations.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same.

Cancellations
The treatments you selected are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, you must please call twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled reservation, otherwise you will be charged for your complete schedule treatment.

Communication
To ensure your full i ndulgence, please make sure to communicate y our treatment preferences. Let us know if you have any extra-special wants or needs.

Complementary Wine
To further enhance your sense of retreat, we are now serving wine withour services at no charge, to all of our clientle over the age of 21.

Amenities
Our amenities include shower, dressing room and make-up area so that you may felly refresh, revitalize and leave ready to meet the demands of your active lifestyle.

Gratuities
The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn't), it is customary to tip your Service Provider.

Our Community
Our spa is not equipped to attend to children. For the comfort of all of our clientele, we strongly urge child care arrangements are made off premises and prior to your appointment.
